  Item was packaged well and appears as described. Shipped quickly. Definitely a noticeable cigar/cigarette smell in the bag that was not disclosed, and I'm hoping I can get the smell out. Other than that I'm pleased with the item.

  The bag shipped and arrived quickly. It was as described, except there were a few more stains than what was visible in the photos. It was packaged well. I feel like I paid a little much for the condition, but not so much that I'm trying to get a refund.

  Seller canceled my order and in an attempt to avoid being negatively impacted themselves by their cancellation, they requested I cancel the order on my end, mind you, this is days after the item should’ve been shipped. When I did not cancel on my end, they chose to wait another full week to issue the refund, effectively holding my funds hostage. Not good customer service, and won’t be purchasing anything else from this seller.
