  The seller, Marilyn J. Werkheiser, was an absolute helpful person in this purchase. She responded to my message of concern about a damaged item in my order by replacing it and sending the package so carefully wrapped that it took me a while to unwrap it (laughing). She is indeed a professional. Her commitment to service is an example of how things used to be. The items I purchased were as described and I am so very happy, and pleased to recommend her as an EBAY example of “Service”.

  I thought the packaging was fine, but turned out the item was damaged. I contacted the seller, sent pictures and was immediately refunded my money. Very good seller to deal with.item was as described and I felt a good value.

  The glasses were beautiful however One of the glasses arrived damaged although Marilyn had done an amazing job packing. When I contacted her she quickly mitigated the problem. Thank you so much. Great customer service.
