  I made not 1 but 2 mistakes with the order (one of those days) and the seller was very patient with me and helped me correct my mistakes both times. Great communication. I can't speak on the item itself as I ended up cancelling but the price seemed right and the customer service was great.

  This was the worst transaction I have ever had on eBay. The item took weeks to get to me and it was the wrong color. Fortunately, the seller refunded me however, it was up to me to return the item when it arrived. After countless emails, the seller it appeared read none of them and calls to EBay customer service, the seller sent a return label to me even tho I had told him I had no printer. He rep,ied with again incorrect information. Well I got it shipped no thanks to the “ seller”.

  You bought a backpack and it arrived a few days later than expected. I immediately refunded you. you said the color was not dark blue, I agreed to return it, but buyers cannot apply for a return request which have been refunded. You said you didn't know how to do it. I bought a paid shipping label for you, I asked you just took it to the post office . Then you said they require you to pay $5 to print the label, I agree to pay this $5 And then you gave me this negative review.

  BUYERS, beware of this seller. A week after making the purchase, I contacted the seller to see what was happening with the minor, and they responded quickly, apologizing and saying they would send my order in two days. But they never explained why they hadn't sent my order. Two days later, they sent me a tracking number that never matched any shipping company. I contacted the seller again, and they said they would send it. The seller lied through their teeth. Terrible customer service.
