  I received the bag properly packed and faster than expected. As it didn t seem to be a Kipling bag (probably because it is made in a different country and has a slight variation), I gave a negative feedback. However, it was very nice of the seller to approach me and make a partial refund of the original payment. Seller was very professional and the refund shows sincerity. I really appreciate it and am willing to buy more items from this seller.

  I made not 1 but 2 mistakes with the order (one of those days) and the seller was very patient with me and helped me correct my mistakes both times. Great communication. I can't speak on the item itself as I ended up cancelling but the price seemed right and the customer service was great.

  Received item in good condition. Great deal. Great price. Item was brand new. Item came in a plastic sealed bag to protect item from getting dirty, stained etc. Did a very nice job. Both items were a perfect fit. Great job on the shipping. Recommend this seller.
