  Fraudulent posting claiming to be a new in box Playmobil item. Upon receipt of item, noticed the seal on the box was not intact. Also noticed adhesive plastic tape which is not used by Playmobil. I removed the plastic tape and confirmed that not only this was a previously opened used item, but it was also incomplete and missing pieces. Be wary of this seller, as they refused to immediately provide a refund. I had to go through Ebay to complete the claim and received a refund later thx to Ebay.

  Hi I did apologize for the misunderstanding . I honestly thought this was new. It was all sealed it was a mistake on my part so I told you to go through eBay so you can return the item and then receive your money back that’s how the return process works .I did not in any way want to keep your money . I do not want to ruin my reputation over $10. Again I apologize for the inconvenience I will send you a 15% coupon for your troubles
