Then sends me another message that he'd refund 25 percent . Again, I responded back no. Said I'll get ahold of Ebay about this matter. So he sends another message telling me where to send and the address he gave was from the UK. Again I respond back telling him I got this from California, it'd cost me more than the product itself.
