I knew what I was purchasing and knew how long shipping probably was going to take. When purchasing items from outside of the country from which you live, I feel that many people forget how lengthy of a process it can be. Items were packaged well and ensured minimal damage, if any were to take place; multiple layers of bubble wrap was used to ensure safety of the items.
