  They sent a white and pink dryer instead of a black one. Packaging was flimsy (just brown paper wrapped - box was really beat up by the time it got here although the dryer survived - and yes, it was new though the wrong one). Zero contact with me when I said I was getting a refund through eBay. I sent it back to them in much better packaging. Refund has eventually come through - still not a word about the inconvenience.
