  My "overall" experience was positive. There was a manufacturing defect in the handle that was not disclosed in the description. The seller accommodated my shipping request due to being out of town. When the pkg hadn't arrived in an appropriate amount of time, I contacted the seller. They said they would look into it and get back to me but didn't. It took over 2 weeks to receive the package - appears to have been misdirected to the wrong facility - not the fault of the seller.
