  Had a problem with Yodel delivery company about this item (they had parcel for a week before delivering it damaged!) fair play to the seller, lots of communication to try & sort this out, who then sorted a refund straight away, would order from this seller again, thank you!

  Excellent seller, highly recommended. Item as described, well packaged and dispatched at lightning speed! Really good communication when delivery was delayed by the carrier, which is understandable given the time of year. Seller kept in touch with me throughout and did everything they could to speed things along.

  Terrible customer service. Ordered since 23rd of August but not gotten my order till now which was supposed to be delivered on the 27th. The seller isn’t proactive, replies late and gives false reassurance, yet my parcel still not delivered. I even asked for the address of Yodel logistics company he claimed to use, maybe I can go to pick it up in their Preston office, no response and Yodel’s customer services is AI automated. I regret buying from @luckycase666. Awful service!
