The seller printed a label and marked it as shipped right away. However, it took almost a week to actually reach the post office. That's my only gripe. If you mark an item as shipped, you should actually ship it. In my opinion, the eBay system should not allow you to mark an item as shipped as soon as a label is printed from the seller's dashboard. Everything else was good and as described.

This seller sold me a perfectly functional used one for a small fraction of the new dealer cost and it worked exactly as it should. Lesson learned. Shipping speed and packaging was very good. I will have no problem buying from them again. A plus!

It was difficult to see damage to the parts that were in the pictures but not described in the text. It is a used part, so I didn't expect new condition. Once I saw it in person I went back and referenced the pictures and the seller had good, high quality images, so more than anything this is a good reminder that you need to really examine the pictures to know what you are getting! The damage was not so much that I couldn't use the part though.
