  Falsely advertised a used item as new. I write this after giving the seller two weeks to respond to my detailed message including images of all the defects and proof that the item is not new. Even after a follow up message they refused to even acknowledge their dishonesty let alone attempt to make it right. Extremely dissatisfied.

  I sent you out new parts. The ones you showed me in the pics were clearly used parts that were taken off another vehicle. If you had requested a return through Ebay I would have accepted the return even though I know the parts in the pics were not the ones I sent you. You tried extorting me by leaving negative feedback if I did not refund your money but you still refused to go through Ebay to do so. I only accept returns through Ebay's return process.
