  Item was mailed timely per postmark and properly addressed, but delivery was delayed a month by the incompetence of the Post Office. Packaging very good. Communications excellent. Very good value and exactly as shown. When arrival was delayed by the Post Office, seller refunded the full purchase price. When I offered to repay, he declined. This is a seller to be fully and completely trusted! Rating of timely arrival and shipping time below are so as not to detract from seller's ebay reputation.
