  Service was really very good! Had a question as to whether or not this item would fit my vehicle so I sent a message to seller. I didn’t expect an answer so soon. I was pleasantly surprised! Ordered the item and received it in 3 days. Very satisfied with this seller. Will check with them for any other automotive needs. Price was way better than buying locally.

  Fast shipping, excellent packaging, great price with free shipping, the part is exactly like the old one and fit and works perfectly (their ad showed a bunch of starter numbers that crossed referenced with their starter and my starter number was on that list. That sold me besides the starter looking exactly like mine.) There was a lot of starters to choose from but I know that I bought from the right place. Very, very happy with my purchase and this seller and would absolutely buy from again. A+

  Item as described, packaging was lacking so it wasn't very secure in the box and arrived poking through the box, but it wasn't damaged and works good.

  quality was better than expected.... I ordered a reman Lucas starter and received a brand new WAI starter. Was told to send back if not acceptable. Thoroughly checked it out for compatibility...... WOW I'll take it ............. Install was remarkable easy and NO PROBLEMS...............Very upset in the beginning but they put me at ease by their concern to make it RIGHT........ VERY VERY satisfied with product and handling of my concerns..........would buy again............

  Shipping was delayed without notification from seller. I had to send emails inquiring about status on part. Box arrived damaged and taped to the hilt, but that could have been from the shipping company. Part itself was not damaged. Otherwise, if you are not on a time crunch for a part to fix a car like me, and can spare the few extra days to a week, then I recommend ordering from these guys and saving the difference. Communication is key, though.
