  The entire experience was positive. It was shipped in a timely manner in outstanding packaging - much better than how many things ordered from actual stores arrive these days. The instrument panel trim was as described online and I was able to install it in approximately five minutes. I would definitely trust this seller in the future.

  Extremely fast shipping and packaging was great. The item is described in the listing, but I haven’t had time to install and test out yet. Based off other feedback and how the package arrived I don’t believe I will have any issues with the radio. This seller marked the radio much lower then other competitors and made it a real bang for your buck! Highly recommended seller would buy again! A+++

  This seller was great!! Offered me a 30 day return since Toyota makes swapping out a radio a bit of a hassle because of firmware issues. As it turned out, this was a plug and play unit, powering up with full functionality. The unit was in perfect condition cosmetically, as well. I would recommend this seller without hesitation. True to their description, help, and promise.
