However it broke whilst it was in the possession of Royal Mail. I know this bc they had put it into an open bag which was not part of the original packaging. The seller’s response was fantastic-he refunded me immediately with no discussion on the matter. I find him/her to be a very ethical person-I have had other dealings with them.

When checking tracking I discover FEDEX had "attempted delivery" at 5.03pm - I was home at this time. The tracking suggests the item had not left the depot at Bellshill. Now I have no update from FEDEX for a delivery date/time. Poor delivery service.

However, the oil came in a plastic bottle not a glass one like I've had from you before, this was the whole reason that I bought from you again. I don't like to use plastic with all the damage it does. Unfortunately it means I can't use you next time.
