  Quality of the item is really good, almost as good as the original, no issues there, packaging however was just a mail bag with the box inside, this led to the box being squashed, crumpled and damaged in transit and arrival totally out of shape, no damage to the item, I did want to display it in the box, but can't do that now, unless I manage to flaten / reshape it, but seller provided a $15 refund for the issue, recommended ebayer. thanks

  Honestly I was a little worried about ordering but I just got it today and I’m in love!! It came in a owala box and was sealed up nice. it looks just like I ordered it from owala directly! It’s a little pricey after shipping and everything but it’s a limited edition bottle and it was a gift to myself so it was totally worth it imo!

  Primary issue, clearly fake card. The promo is a washed out from poor printing and has no hollow pattern. You can clearly see the light go through the card in one of the photos, which you can not do with a real card. Next the packaging was so bad it was bent substantially right out of the package. It also took weeks to ship and arrive. You cant see the listing anymore as it was taken down, but it was clearly listed as a real card. Avoid this seller.
