  Fragile 100 year old paper ornament, very poorly wrapped and placed in oversized box with no padding. After traveling for two weeks, item partially slipped out of wrapping and arrived crumpled. I returned item to seller, but only after appealing to eBay to step in, did I receive a refund. Seller refused to reimburse my return postage, which under eBay guarantee, he was required to. Over all bad experience.

  I placed the item between two pieces of cardboard that was measured oversized to protect the cornucopia, then I wrapped in shrink wrap, then placed in a box that would be large enough for the cardboard pieces, I showed it to a postal employee and they ask me where the damage was, it had a small tear at the top of the cornucopia, which she did not include when she sent it back. I believe she damaged it when she unwrapped it. The first thing she ask for was a reduced price on item????
