  My order was very quickly processed and despatched, when the product arrived it was exactly as described and well packaged. Unfortunately DHL did there usual poor job, gave me a delivery day, didn't deliver and finally brought it 3 days later. The vendor is not reponsible for this shambles and i will certainly buy from them in the future, although will probably pick up myself.

  Goods did not arrive, carriers could not find my address, all other carriers seem to be able find us. Seller responded right away, offered to resend the item with another carrier, I opted for a refund. When the item were returned to seller a refund was issued. No problem with the seller, poor performance from the carrier DHL.

  Items arrived really quick but only a half the order , the other half had got lost in transit , but 1 email to them and the replacement parts were here with a couple of days , excellent communication and excellent service and no problems at all , will be using them again in future , I wish all companies were as efficient , thank you all once again , mark
