  A+ seller, Item is in excellent quality as described the box was not perfect as to be expected froman open box item. But everything inside was in perfect condition. And i can't complain about the value that i am getting for the item. Appearance is great. Very fast shipping, and a pleasure to do business with. Would definitely do business again if another item is listed that i am looking for or needing.

  Item was quick to ship and arrived in the condition described. Well packed and was in great condition. The binoculars functioned perfectly but was missing the associated accessories such as the lens caps. That was expected as there was not mention of it in the description. Great seller overall and would buy from this seller again.

  Fought the seller tooth and nail to get the partial refund that was “fair”. They would not include sales tax even though I paid it for my purchase. They started at $5, then $15 and eventually I just wanted to stop communicating and stop dealing with them. They are unreasonable. Difficult to deal with. Ship their items in crummy reused chip boxes. That get damaged. Items are more damaged than described. I will never buy from this seller again! Biggest headache I’ve ever experienced!!!

  I jumped through hoops to get you the biggest refund possible. The dolls were packaged well but there was clear shipping carrier mishandling as it looks like every single fragile sticker was punched. Hopefully the carrier actually did that damage. You consistently said the dolls were in worse condition which we can see the pictures for comparison, the dolls were in the same listed condition. Either way, I truly am sorry for the whole ordeal.

  You didn’t fight at all to get me a refund. You ignored me a whole day after I messaged you. Then like I stated offered $5. Then offered me $15. I said absolutely not. You even said that’s not the condition they were sent in! You said they did “take a beating”. I PAID $53 for these dolls and you got me a refund but refused the tax “because you don’t make money on that.” FYI I Still get charged for it during the sale! Once again you used a CHIP BOX! Package your items in better boxes!

  I am very impressed with this seller. The console that I ordered was listed as parts/repair, may or may not have a hard drive, has an issue with the disc drive etc. Knowing this, I wasn't expecting much but to my pleasant surprise the console did have a hard drive and no disc issue, in fact it works perfectly! Seller accepted my best offer as well. Great packing, fast shipping, super value and would definitely order from them again. 10 stars and thanks again!

  Item came like new in extremely safe cardboard shipper wrapped in bubble wrap, I was really afraid the cardboard sleeve would get damaged but it came almost new! The shipping however was very slow and the item came 2 days later than predicted. Most likely wouldve been a problem with usps but regardless my tracking just froze for like 3 or 4 days and then I woke up this morning and it's here. At least it made it in one peice! Seller is a 10/10 shipping was bad though 😅

  Item just as described and arrived in a very timely fashion. Packaging was very well done. No way could any delivery service hurt the flash. Would buy from again without a hesitation. Highly Recommended Seller....AAAA+++++
