  Item not as described, it came with a grey cover instead of a black one as in the pics and listing details, I have sent two messages to the seller, but doesn’t bother to reply, I had to spend more money to buy a black cover elsewhere. If you can’t be bothered to reply to messages then you shouldn’t be selling, very poor service received.

  After I left this feedback the seller contacted me and offered a partial refund, I’m happy with the outcome in the end, just a shame it didn’t come sooner.

  fits Kia Sorento MQ4 2020, but the photos are mixed up because there are also photos of a mirror for Kia Niro, and you have to wait a bit for a response from the seller, which is a bit annoying, but overall a good seller

  Very good, reliable seller. I bought a car side mirror, which had a pin head sized chip on the edge. Upon messaging the seller immediately posted a new one, no questions asked. I would strongly recommend this seller.
