  This seller is a scam artist. The Boardmaker V6 ($816.!) they advertised as "brand new" is not new. The CD Rom mailed to me was used and scratched with paint and tape on it. When I contacted them requesting a replacement, according to their webpage, they had 3 in their inventory, but they refused. They also refused to give me a return label. Then to top it all off, they stopped communicating with me. Why will they refuse to send me a replacement? A scam; stay away. Poor English, too!

  This was an excellent transaction. The product is very fresh and professionally packaged. We used leaves to make tea and it came out exactly like my grandmother’s tea. The seller is an excellent, ethical ebayer. Don’t waste your money anywhere else, buy from this highly recommended seller!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  All you needed to do is simply contact the seller for resolution. We’ve sold five dozens from three separate domains without a single complain. It's always the types who pays the least and complains the most emotional outburst.
