Unfortunately, at no fault of the seller (that is why I rated the item 5 stars), the product was damaged in shipping beyond working order. Seller was willing to offer a full return or exchange.     Was happy to find an authentic Sapphire at a reasonable price considering its rarity these days. The fact that the seller replaced the dead battery with a fresh one really makes me recommend this seller for any of your future vintage game purchases.
