  While our hearth pad was exactly what we wanted (packed, and shipped safely), I want to give compliments to the seller.   Seller was great to work with. Answered questions fast and straight. Unit was a little confusing to get wired but little research and questions answered running great. Shipping issue was with eBay not the seller. Tracking was all a mess. Seller kept me up to date on the tracking great to work with. Unit was new in the box. So far would say a great buy. Unit looks great in my house.

  Mr Cool arrived exactly on time (even faster than expected) in excellent condition. My son inlaw came by at 3 pm and by 6 pm the system was installed and running. The vendor was very responsive to my inquires with positive responses. Very happy with the product and vendor.
