  I don't normally write longer narratives for these reviews but I wanted to make an exception for an exceptional experience. This is the second of this series of toys I've bought from this seller and since he knew I was a collector, and am picky about the exact condition he looked through the items he had and sent me multiple pictures of different items to be sure I would be happy with the one he ultimately selected and shipped to me. The delicate piece was also well-packed and shipped quickly!!

  Item was described very good but mistaking came damaged, contacted seller, they immediately issued apology and full refund. Unfortunate circumstance but seller was very friendly and accommodating to refund. Will buy from seller again.
