We routinely purchase items through retail business closings, national wholesalers & makeup companies. We do NOT purchase close outs, returns, seconds, items from garage sales or flea markets. Many times we obtain items from cosmetics/makeup stores simply because the packaging has changed and they merely want to move in the new packaging.
