I sent them a picture of the shoes still in the box with the bow missing and said I would return them as they were faulty. I asked them to pay the return postage. It cost £5.99. They have got the shoes back and gave me my money back but still have not refunded the £5.99. I sent a message asking for £5.99 and they then ask what was wrong with the shoes!
