  I had input incorrectly pick-up or delivery. Lotusgame was very patient in answering my questions and how to delete and reorder correctly. GREAT customer service. Product was just as described and delivered on schedule. Would highly recommend buying from him!

  Very disappointed in this transaction. Arrived damaged via UPS. Tho the box it was shipped in could have been sturdier, taped up better & secured inside. I contacted the seller with pictures and the response that I received was, they would have to file a claim with UPS and they were too busy to do that. Their words:" I got the father claim with UPS and then they will send a refund. I’ll have to get to it on Monday. I’m so super busy right now." No response after that. Opened a claim with Ebay.
