  Good seller communication. The playmat I received was over an inch smaller in dimensions than in the listing which made which made the product unusable for my needs. That said, the seller responded quickly, communicated courteously, and we arrived at a proper resolution. Overall positive experience.

  I paid for expedited shipping and specifically chose this seller because their store is promoted as shipping from Los Angeles, CA. However, the order was actually shipped from Mableton, Georgia and is now expected to arrive eight days later than the promised delivery date. I live in Los Angeles and only purchased from this seller with the expectation of fast local delivery within three days. Communication was also poor—the seller was slow to respond to my inquiry.
