  Very disappointing experience. I purchased the item and didn’t receive it for two weeks. When I reached out to the seller to ask what was going on, they told me that their account was hacked and eBay was supposed to inform me. I find this very interesting since eBay did not inform me and I had to request a refund instead of the seller automatically giving me my refund. This experience certainly left me feeling unwilling to trust the seller.

  I received my Waterford Crystal Christmas Tree today. It was packaged for shipment with extra care and is beautiful, just as it was described and as is expected from Waterford.
