  There was a small snafu with the packing of the item. One of the accessories was left out by mistake. However, Lori caught the error right away, messaged me the details and made it right. Both packages arrived on the same day. They were packed with a level of detail and care that I've never seen before. Lori definitely goes the extra mile to protect your purchase. A++ seller.   I received this item sooner than originally promised, so that was nice. Also, the Seller packaged the item with such care. She even sent me 2 emails telling me how best to open the package to keep from damaging the item. The item was exactly as described and in great shape. The experience was excellent.
