  The stair treads were well boxed and were delivered on time. They were cheaper than similar from other sellers. However, in answering my question about using them on existing stair carpet, their reply did not tell me that they do not stick to carpet, so I had to nail them to the stairs through the existing carpet. Additionally, the listing did not specify that they could be used on existing carpet. Overall, the seller did her best and communicated well.

  Where do I start with this seller who as gone beyond & above for us.The item came & it was damaged on route.Not the sellers fault at all.This seller as sorted out a new replacement & kept us involved all the way.The product was as described by the seller we are very happy with it.I now have 4 very happy Grand Children.I Will purchase from this seller again.Thank You.   This company sells incomplete ex refunded , written off products. They won't reply to any of your messages until you get ebay involved. Then they will promise anything to put any problems right. But THEY'RE LYING . All I wanted was a replacement leg for this bookcase that wasn't in the box they said they would send one but of course never. AVOID THESE SCUMBAGS
