  A very honestly described item, my thanks to the quality control manager! The item was very well packed and extremely good value for such a rare item that was only made in SR Grey due to a factory error. The postage charge was very reasonable and the item was posted quickly, communication was first class. I would buy from the seller again without hesitation and am more than happy to recommend the seller to all other potential buyers. A very nice thank you card was packed with my item.

  Fantastic seller, if only all companies, shops and sellers packaged their goods as well as this shop did. Seriously they could package an egg and drop it out of a plane and it still wouldn’t break. The delivery was prompt the communication excellent and the little touches inside the box amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend and will certainly be looking forward to using them again.

Also the discount on postage and my offer on this loco, which is absolutely pristine for 30 years old and will join my collection. The sticky labels" peel here" on the bubble wrap are excellent, not sellotape. Ian responded within minutes on Saturday night re a query I had with loco and I was kept updated re despatch.   Item arrived in excellent time, and was very nicely packaged - with a sturdy outer box, plenty of paper padding and lots of bubble-wrap. As a result the model bus came arrived in exactly the same condition as described by the seller. I'm very happy with my purchase, and will be buying again for sure. Easy 5/5 stars, thanks!
