There was no factory box, which is fine but the item wasn't even shipped in a shipping box. It was just wrapped in thin stryofoam wrap. There are several knicks on it and the item was very dirty. I spent $86 on this item. It should have been handled better.

I have been messaging them every day about my original order and not getting proper response.They send me another tracking number stating they have send the order and it is received by your desrination hub,checked with the shipping company and they said they have not received the order yet in their warehouse. I don't recommend this seller.
