  Through no seller's fault the delivery of the book took two weeks. When I contacted the seller I was immediately offered a re-fund, but wanted the book and decided to wait a bit longer. I don't know how the seller managed it but the book I thought was lost in delivery has arrived! I would describe my experience with this seller as positive despite the delivery hiccup. Recommend.

  Excellent seller - book's condition as described, order was processed and dispatched promptly with full tracking provided throughout including an allocated two-hour time slot for delivery. Item was delivered on time, inside the time slot, by Evri.

  I ordered three Spencerian books 2, 4 and 5. Unfortunately I received two of book 2 and not book 4. londonbridgebooks where quick to respond to me, book 4 was no longer available, so they refunded me and allowed me to keep the extra book 2. As the books are about practicing hand writing the additional book is a bonus. The books are most excellent quality and therefore very good value for money. An honest and helpful shop.

  Item in good condition and as described. It was dispatched on time, but unfortunately the delivery company Evri were dreadful and took 8 days finally to deliver the product having sent it out for delivery on no fewer than four occasions and then sent a message saying “we weren’t able to deliver your item”. This was not due to any problem at our end and there was always somebody to receive the item each time.

  Neatly packaged in properly sized packaging, clearly labeled - simple but very effective. Exactly as described, tow books ordered at the same time and both delivered on time. Good value for money and will be looking to purchase more (once Ive read these)
