  Very happy with this seller. Excellent, very prompt communication regarding my mistake with code when ordering. Advised the seller quickly before item dispatched, when realised wrong code supplied, the seller confirmed immediately of the change to the different code. Unfortunately, a key fitting the first advised code was delivered but when contacted again the seller advised that the proper coded key would be sent. Waiting for delivery but have every confidence that I will receive quickly.

  Brilliant quality Gas Utilities 25mm long Cam Lock - Supplied with two (2) User Keys (New and in Manufacturers Unopened Packaging). The Gasa Utilities Cam Lock has a 25mm locking tongue and is exactly as described and well packaged to avoid damage of the Unit. Very fast delivery by Australia Post to my front Door. An easy and smooth transaction. Communication was appropriate with Vendor and Australia Post. A Great eBayer.

  Appreciate their willingness to ship overseas. Seller quickly packaged and sent the item, which arrived in the condition and with the parts as photographed and described. While I had to spend extra on the shipping, it was reasonable and one of the few sources for this part. Unfortunately, the part did not work in my application of a Gainsborough door knob (unsure why given door width and knob were to specification; however, that is not the seller's fault.
