The key arrived quickly, was packaged securely, and—most importantly—it worked perfectly straight out of the envelope. I didn’t need to fiddle with anything; it slid right in and turned without a hitch. Saved me from the hassle (and cost) of replacing the entire lock.   Ordered 3 x keys to suit my toolboxes that only came with one key when I purchased them. Keys arrived in good time however when trying them they would not open the locks. Advised vendor who was very apologetic, and they requested additional pictures of locks which I supplied, a second set of keys were then sent at no charge but again these did not work for some reason. Advised vendor who was at a loss as to why the keys would not work and have refunded costs. Great service, keep up the good work

  Very happy with this seller. Excellent, very prompt communication regarding my mistake with code when ordering. Advised the seller quickly before item dispatched, when realised wrong code supplied, the seller confirmed immediately of the change to the different code. Unfortunately, a key fitting the first advised code was delivered but when contacted again the seller advised that the proper coded key would be sent. Waiting for delivery but have every confidence that I will receive quickly.

  Appreciate their willingness to ship overseas. Seller quickly packaged and sent the item, which arrived in the condition and with the parts as photographed and described. While I had to spend extra on the shipping, it was reasonable and one of the few sources for this part. Unfortunately, the part did not work in my application of a Gainsborough door knob (unsure why given door width and knob were to specification; however, that is not the seller's fault.
