  Very pleased with this seller. Boxed new item, sent via Royal Mail in small plastic baggie, timely delivery and for a very fair price. Exactly what I ordered - right item, right finish, in stock at a good price. Other vendors didn't stock or wanted much higher price.

  Fantastic service. I ordered brackets that came well packaged and quickly. Unfortunately I realised I should have ordered the smaller size. A quick phone call to the company and I sent my large brackets back. I got an email saying they’d been received and within 4 days the smaller brackets arrived at no extra charge. Thank you Locks and Hardware for making the exchange very easy indeed. And the brackets are exactly right and I couldn’t find them anywhere else online. Nice job!

  Arrived quickly. (Packaging could have been better. A little bubble wrap or a padded envelope possibly, as I felt that it put in a paper envelope in a plastic bag was not enough protection if this was posted, dropped through a letter box onto tiles. )
