    The jewelry arrived extremely quickly. They accidentally sent me the incorrect pair (wrong material), I sent a message and received a response right away, with the correct pair in the mail within 30 minutes. Very happy with the prompt and kind customer service, I would purchase from here again!

    Customer service was excellent! I had ordered the wrong size, I reached out and was helped by asking to just return to sender the wrong size and she’d send out the right size for me. Super sweet. I ended up not receiving the first order but the second order(the correct size) came in. Let her know that I receiving and if I see the first order I’d send it back. Overall great experience

    Pink silicone tunnels, fine. Sent as described. Although the gem gauges sent in the same package from this seller are the wrong color. Sent feedback on a separate feedback message and email. I know they will make it right. Just waiting.
