Seller offered $5 refund or a return which was a bit on the low side but did appreciate that they tried to accommodate for the damage.

I expected it to take 1 month or more for shipping but item arrived, perfectly package, in a brand new status in around 3 weeks to US. The labubu seems to be authentic in terms of appearance, but the QR code on the box leads me to a site that's no longer in service, so it may be a high quality fake(?). Either way, super happy with the purchase and such a good deal for a quality lafufu.
