  DVR was well-packaged and exactly as described. It's a replacement for one my mom has used for more than a decade which is finally dying, and no new models offer equivalent functions. My only complaint is with shipping, and it may not be the seller's fault. Fedex took far longer than initially expected to deliver. They didn't update tracking info until AFTER the original delivery date had passed, and then wasn't updated again until mere hours before it arrived. Not impressed with Fedex at ALL!!!
