  An absolute pleasure to deal with. Really pleased with the purchase, item is better in the flesh then the sellers listing and the photo's don't do it justice. Superb value for money, including the item & postage charges. Protected & packaging excellent for its rough ride from the courier to me. Seller's communication was first class.   Issue on delivery where the packaging had been split in transit and one of three filters was missing. Contacted seller and despite there having been a bank holiday weekend in the mix received a response quickly. Matter was sorted following a few messages and within the same week, they have sent out replacements. I am very happy with the service I have received. Thank you

  The seller was prompt, professional, and the filters arrived in excellent condition. They were exactly as described—sealed that fit perfectly in my Brita Filter. Delivery was quicker than expected.   Item was as described and correct for my washer. The first delivery only had 2 of the 3 paddles as the bag wasn't sealed, but the seller sent us another set of three with no quibble. Great service and communication. Thanks!

  As far as the seller and delivery goes 100% OK. As far as the detectors go they work OK and so far no issues. The seller photo states Toastproof so I assumed they were suitable for kitchen use. The actual packaging varies from that shown but the detectors are the same model SB1-TP-R. However, the leaflet inside states they are NOT suitable for a kitchen. I contacted FireAngel for advice, who weren't exactly very helpful about the matter. So in future, I'll be buying KIDDE detectors.
