    We had an issue with the delivery of the product due to the delivery company losing the package. Contacted the seller who was quick to respond and resolve the issue, refund or replacement product was offered and accepted item has finally arrived. Perfect great communication will use again in the future. A+ seller.

    Received when expected, exactly as described and good price. Unfortunately there was a slight problem but the seller responded to my message straight away and was very helpful. I received a partial refund, which I was happy with. Seller communication is excellent and very quick. Overall I’m very pleased.

    Many Thanks, Just Received! Not opened the box yet as we need the old mattress to be taken away. There is printed information all over the packaging. In one corner of the box it gives the size of the contents, the only cross-reference to check for the correct size ordered. Ours was correct! Tracking has gone wrong as it still flags up as "Awaiting Dispatch"! The item arrived "Before It Was Dispatched"!

    Item as described, looks quality, feels comfortable and brilliant value for money with added great seller communication. Had a slight issue with delivery time (courier issue) nothing to do with seller as they despatched pretty much immediately. Overall would definitely purchase again, very happy!
