  The condition of the box was not new, very disappointed as the listing was for two bottle pack, day and night cream but only one bottle was sent, i did message seller with pictures but had no reply to why only 1 was sent and not 2 which I paid for, I did have a refund of half the price but still no explanation why or apology which I think is wrong. Sorry it's a negative for sending only 1 in tatty box and no explanation.

  When I placed my order, I received an email advising me to contact the seller directly with any issues rather than going through eBay. I have to admit this raised some concerns initially. Unfortunately, the item never arrived, and when I reached out to the seller for an update, I received no response. On a positive note, I did receive a refund, but due to the lack of communication and failure to deliver the item, I would not recommend this seller.
