  This is probably my fourth order from Lixiqing762. I am am as happy with the product now as I was on my first order. The most surprising (in a VERY good way) was the shipping time. I ordered these pens on June 6th and I had them today (June 19th). That is less than 2 weeks to get them from overseas to me around Chicago. They came individually wrapped with refills and boxes. They were as described. I will DEFINETLY order again from them. He offers a great VALUE.

  I can’t answer much about this other than that the communication with the seller was exceptional and he is honorable and fair and was willing to refund my money even though I wasn’t sure if I was getting a Chinese knock off of a Dialog 3 or an actual Dialog 3 from Lamy, but with the price, I was assuming it was not an actual Lamy so I asked for a refund. He gave it to me. Note. The pen was never shipped, I asked for the refund after I submitted an offer but it before it was accepted
