I purchased the secret Lu Guang, and he’s just like the picture! It was packed in its original box + a shipping box, and shipped safely! It took about 3 weeks to arrive.   Came well packaged, box was not damaged and still have the pokemon plastic wrap around the box 👍 inside came with 15 packs like described I got the promise full art card in the set (it ended up being full art captain Pikachu!) and I managed to pull a full art Quaxwell!
