Failed to update and ship after final delivery date passed. Had to file a INR to get them to ship. Said they shipped when request opened(they didn't) and asked me to close the case. Waited till final day of the INR before it gets escalated to actually ship and also refunded me(never asked for refund) out of nowhere. The item is as described but frustrating experience.
