When my skis arrived (incredibly quickly!), they were in worse condition than I had expected (the size I ordered was popular, so perhaps this was one of the last pairs available). When I reached out to the seller asking for a partial refund or exchange, they didn't challenge what I said about the skis, and we agreed on a refund amount that I was completely satisfied with. They also communicated promptly and politely. Would order from this seller again.
