  Never received the item purchased. The provided tracking number reflected shipping label created but did not reflect it shipped. After a couple weeks package was never received. I messaged the seller to notify them of the issue, and they promptly responded. A week later still no package, I requested a refund which was promptly issued same day. While this is unfortunate, I have purchased other items from this seller in the past and did not experience any issues.

  Good seller. Item (Dokken patch) arrived in perfect condition and as described. Looks awesome on my jacket. Very happy with my purchase and I would buy from this seller again. Took a while to arrive but I understand that’s out of the sellers hands. Would recommend to anyone, thanks for a pleasant shopping experience.
