  I made two offers on this bag, no response, I finally order it, still no response. I asked when it would ship, she said it would ship last weekend. Today I find out that she is cancelling the order because she can't find the purse, however, she, the same seller is selling the same purse on Poshmark for more money. I even told her I needed it for the 4th of July. she didn't bother to tell me ahead of time so I could at least find another. She didn't ship in the required time. Very upset.

  Shipping and packaging was a horrible experience. Item arrived late and full of some type of furs ( animal) . Have package in garage in a bag to send to cleaners. Seller made excuses for shipping late. Horrible experience with seller. Seller takes no pride on what she is selling , if she did she would not have just thrown the jacket in the box with all the visible hairs all over the jacket.

  Fantastic item, great price, and packed with a tremendous amount of care! International shipping was quick and with tracking the whole way. I would have appreciated if the item could've been wiped down first, as it had a fair bit of pet hair on it. Overall a very good buying experience and I'm super happy!
